Gaby De Los Santos is a Dominican singer-songwriter whose music blends alternative rock, grunge, and folk. Since the release of her debut EP Hormígases (2018), she has developed a project that balances intimate songwriting with a powerful and carefully crafted sonic, visual, and live performance experience.
She began her career in 2015 as the lead vocalist and keyboardist of the band Playa o Radio. She later released the EPs Tropezando (2020), winner of Best Singer-Songwriter Album at the Premios Indie Dominicano, and De Cerca (2022), both co-produced with Surya Cabral, as well as the single Primavera (2021). In 2025, she was recognized as Best New Artist at the Premios Arte con Alma. In September 2025, she released her debut full-length album, Buenas Intenciones.
Recently, her work has begun to reach audiences beyond the Dominican Republic. She performed at NXNE 2026, was shortlisted for SXSW 2026 and the music video for Buenas Intenciones was selected as part of the Official Selection of the Athens Film Festival 2026.
In addition to her work as a musician, Gaby is a motion graphics animator, copywriter, and creative director; disciplines that are reflected in the visual identity and narrative of her artistic project.
She currently performs with Surya Cabral (guitar and musical director), Ronel de los Santos (bass and backing vocals), Raúl Lamarche (guitar and backing vocals), and Bryan Paniagua (drums).
